Position Summary Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and staying organized? As a Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate, you will prepare fresh food items daily, wrap, label, and store merchandise, and occasionally assist members with bakery orders. You will maintain quality, temperature control, and cleanliness while creating a positive shopping experience. What You’ll Do Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, collaborate across teams, educate associates, communicate effectively, and be flexible to business needs. Be an Expert: Prepare food per specifications, plan production, adhere to safety standards, operate equipment, and demonstrate layout execution. Be a Techie: Use digital tools for sales, training, and quality decisions, adapt to new tools, and encourage peer adoption. Be an Owner: Drive area performance, use digital tools, manage quality and date control, eliminate waste, and serve customers. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and demonstrate energy and passion. Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and teammates, communicating progress, and recommending improvement opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) – Certification Compensation Hourly wage: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour.
