What You’ll Be Responsible For Editing high-converting D2C ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Iterating on winning creatives rapidly Turning UGC/raw footage into performance-ready ads Collaborating on creative strategy (not just execution) What We’re Looking For You’re already using AI tools in your workflow: Deep Performance Editing Experience Strong Aesthetic Sense AI-First Mindset Image editing skills (Photoshop or equivalent) is a strong plus Ability to manipulate raw assets into polished creatives If you “just edit what you’re given,” this role isn’t for you. Nice to Have Experience in skincare/beauty / D2C brands Experience working alongside creative strategists How to Apply Please include: 1) Portfolio with D2C ad examples 2–3 ads you edited that performed well + results (if possible) a) A brief introduction b) Your editing philosophy, if you are using AI tools more details on that. c) Why you’re interested in this role and why you believe you’d be a strong fit d) Your favorite non-fiction book and what you learned from it Applications without relevant D2C ad work will not be considered.
