Creative Director

Onsite in Grain Valley, MO, Dynasty Gear Co is seeking a Creative Director to lead Tees-4's creative pipeline and uphold brand consistency as the company scales. This role blends strategic brand leadership with hands‑on production support, overseeing artwork sourcing, review, and cross‑functional collaboration across production, marketing, and operations. Responsibilities Shape and sustain the overarching creative vision for Tees-4. Evaluate artwork and approve it prior to publication. Ensure consistent branding across products, websites, and marketing collateral. Track current design trends and opportunities. Source skilled freelance and affiliate designers. Foster relationships with artists and creators. Expand the design catalog across multiple niches. Ensure designs meet quality and licensing standards. Recruit and onboard new affiliate designers. Manage communications with affiliates. Monitor affiliate performance. Develop incentives and programs to promote long‑term growth. Oversee the development of new products. Ensure artwork is production‑ready. Coordinate with Shopify and e‑commerce teams. Prioritize seasonal and trending designs. Collaborate with production, marketing, and operations teams. Improve workflows and documentation for creative processes. Help train future members of the creative team. Operate commercial heat presses. Assist with apparel fulfillment during peak periods. Maintain quality control across production. Help ensure production runs efficiently. Requirements Strong visual sensibility for graphic design and branding. Experience leading creative projects or teams. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects with prioritization. Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. Willing to assist in production when required. Positive attitude and a drive to contribute to building something meaningful.
