Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Customer Service Specialist, this full-time remote position will resolve complex customer issues, provide advanced technical support, and serve as the first level of escalation for problem resolution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: Resolve complex customer issues related to repair, maintenance, billing, and orders Proactively identify and communicate service-affecting issues to enhance customer experience Document complex issue resolutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams for systemic improvements Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or technical support Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues Experience with technical troubleshooting and product support Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
