We're looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team of clinicians serving children and families throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to focus on what you do best—providing exceptional clinical care.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations

• Provide caregiver training and ongoing collaboration

• Ensure treatment integrity and ethical compliance

What We're Looking For

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Nevada LBA (or ability to obtain)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Passion for compassionate, evidence-based care

• Experience supervising RBTs is preferred but not required
