Class A Regional Truck Driver - WELCOMING CDL GRADUATES - Home Weekly

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL drivers, including new CDL graduates, for regional runs in AZ, CA, and NV. Drivers will operate company‑provided 53' refrigerated trailers on primarily no‑touch assignments with regular weekly home time.Key responsibilitiesOperate 53' refrigerated trailers safely and in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.Complete assigned regional runs within AZ, CA, and NV following planned routes and schedules.Perform drop‑and‑hook and no‑touch freight handling; occasional live load/unload tasks.Maintain accurate logs and ELD records; complete required paperwork.Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly.Represent the company professionally with customers and dispatch.Compensation & benefits$1,000–$1,400 per week (varies by miles and experience).Mileage: $0.55/mi for new graduates; $0.61/mi with 6+ months’ experience.Trainee pay ~ $680+/week during the 4–6 week trainer period.$25 per stop; monthly performance bonus $0.06/mi (criteria apply).Full benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), PTO) after 30 days.Schedule & equipmentRegional Western 3 lanes (AZ, CA, NV) with predominantly no‑touch refrigerated freight.Average weekly miles: 1,500–2,000.
