Overview
Join our Property maintenance team as a Maintenance / Repair Technician. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of residential building. Your expertise will help keep our local homes in top condition, supporting a productive and safe workspace for all. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections on building including, roofing, siding, and gutter systems .
- Troubleshoot customer concerns
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, and minor building interior maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and addressing maintenance requests promptly.
- Skilled in using hand tools, and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in welding, carpentry, painting (including residential painting), and general facilities maintenance.
- Ability to accurately perform precise repairs.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively document work orders and collaborate with team members.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
