New Horizons is the largest mental health and addiction recovery provider on the Treasure Coast (and beyond), serving 15,000 children and adults annually through inpatient crisis services, a 24‑hour help line, a mobile response team, and outpatient programs located across Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and St. Lucie counties. We also assist 22,000 students in area schools and work closely with courts, law enforcement, jails, and hospitals to improve the health of individuals and the overall quality of life in our community. Job Type Full‑time Responsibilities Observe and assess clients’ course of treatment while in residence. Provide general direction and oversight to RSTs on assigned shift. Administer physician‑ordered medications to clients; ensure and accept responsibility for the security of medication at all times. Administer written documentation for services rendered in accordance with the Agency’s standards for service documentation in the client’s medical record. Qualifications Degree in nursing. Must be licensed as a registered nurse and have at least one year of experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting.
