Real Estate Attorney — Build Something Bigger Than a Traditional Legal Practice

Licensed attorney with real estate experience?

We are expanding nationwide and looking for experienced attorneys who want to combine their legal expertise, real estate knowledge, and entrepreneurial mindset with a growing real estate platform.

Estimated compensation opportunity: $50,000–$250,000+ annually

What You May Be Doing

Depending on your experience, licensing, and market, you may:

● Review contracts, addenda, and transaction documents

● Identify legal and transactional risks

● Support agents and clients with real estate-related legal matters

● Assist with title, land use, zoning, contracts, and business law

● Support negotiations and transaction problem-solving

● Help train and educate real estate professionals

● Develop attorney-backed systems and client resources

● Build relationships with agents, attorneys, lenders, title professionals, and other industry partners

● Help grow Attorney Backed Agents® into new markets

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate:

● Is a licensed attorney in good standing

● Holds a real estate license or is willing and able to obtain one

● Ideally has 3+ years of real estate, transactional, contract, business law, title, land use, or related experience

● Is professional, responsive, and client-focused

● Can explain complicated legal concepts in practical language

● Has strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

● Is entrepreneurial and interested in helping build something bigger than a traditional attorney role

Compensation

Estimated compensation opportunity: $50,000–$250,000+ annually

Actual compensation depends on role structure, experience, market, responsibilities, production, workload, and business development.
