Sr. Director, Patient Marketing (DTC Media & Engagement)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end DTC strategy and execution for Ingrezza brand, driving patient acquisition and engagement across multiple channels
• Direct approximately $150M annual media investment across Linear TV, streaming, paid search, programmatic, and owned channels
• Establish performance KPIs, optimize channel mix, and oversee advanced attribution and marketing mix modeling initiatives
• Lead creative development and TV media buying strategy, partnering with agencies and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Build and mentor high-performing patient marketing team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, medical, and regulatory teams

Requirements

• 15+ years biopharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience, with 5+ years DTC leadership
• Proven expertise managing $100M+ media budgets across Linear TV, streaming, paid search, and programmatic channels
• Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics including multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modeling
• Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing cross-functional teams in regulated environments
• Deep understanding of FDA promotional compliance and regulatory requirements for DTC pharmaceutical marketing
• Strategic leadership capability with ability to influence senior executives and shape commercialization strategy
