You’ll lead and supervise all aspects of assigned Retail Big Box projects from mobilization through punch list and demobilization — ensuring safety, quality, and clear communication every step of the way.In this role, you will:Oversee day‑to‑day field operations and ensure all work is performed safelyCoordinate scheduling, subcontractor activities, and workflow on siteMaintain strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and team membersEnsure project quality standards are met from start to finishManage cost control for general conditionsPrepare and maintain required project documentationLead fast‑paced projects operating six days a week with hard completion deadlinesIf you enjoy problem‑solving, building strong teams, and driving projects forward with confidence and clarity you’ll be a great fit here.About YouYou’re someone who is hands‑on, solutions‑oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional work. You know how to lead people, communicate clearly, and keep projects running smoothly — even under tight timelines.Qualifications:6+ years of construction experience in a supervisory roleStrong working knowledge of all trades and the ability to read/interpret plans and specificationsPrior experience as a foreman or journeyman preferredOSHA 30‑hour certification (or equivalent)CPR & First Aid certifiedIntermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookAdvanced proficiency in MS Project or a similar scheduling toolBeginner to intermediate experience with Procore or comparable platformsStrong understanding of digital documents, images, and related toolsRetail project experience is a plus, but not requiredWhy You’ll Love Working HereWe’re committed to supporting you — on and off the jobsite.
