We're looking for a Customer Experience Representative who is passionate about providing outstanding service and creating positive customer experiences. Whether you've worked in retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, customer support, or a call center, your customer service skills can help you succeed in this role.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account inquiries, program information, policy updates, and service-related requests. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, solve problems, and make a meaningful impact every day.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Assist customers with account questions, requests, updates, and transactions
• Resolve customer concerns using a "one-and-done" service approach whenever possible
• Build knowledge of assigned programs and services to confidently support customers
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and retain customers when appropriate
• Process policy changes, conversions, and account-related updates accurately and efficiently
• Maintain customer records and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Organize and process incoming and outgoing mail and documentation
• Meet performance goals related to quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and attendance
• Support special projects and additional responsibilities as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous customer service experience in a call center, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, or similar customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to remain professional, patient, and solution-oriented in customer interactions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to learn new programs and systems quickly

Qualifications

You may qualify through any of the following:

• Associate's degree and 1-2 years of related experience, OR
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience and/or training, OR
• An equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred:

• At least 1 year of inbound call center experience

Schedule & Location

Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Location: 100% onsite in Chanhassen, MN
