Customer/Sales Support Representative

Location: eden Prairie, MN (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Position Type: Contract to hire

Duration: Approx. 6 months with potential extension

Start Date: ASAP

This customer-facing support role is responsible for providing timely and professional assistance to clients through both phone and email communication. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, evaluate, and direct incoming phone calls in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.

Assist customers by providing detailed and accurate information regarding products and services.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns via phone and email.

Enter and maintain customer information and records with a high degree of accuracy.

Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.

Provide administrative and operational support as needed.

Perform additional customer service-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

At least one year of experience in customer service, front desk support, or a call center environment preferred.

Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, or patient-facing setting strongly preferred.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, email platforms, and data entry systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Dependable with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.

Must be located in the Minneapolis area.
