Mid-Level Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney

The role focuses on supporting complex, high-value real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, commercial leases, and other real estate transactional documents; conducting and reviewing title due diligence (including negotiation and clearance of title issues); managing transaction closings; and collaborating on structured acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters.
