Manager, Contract & Commercial Operations Location: Moosic, PA About the Role The Manager of Contract & Commercial Operations is part of the VaxServe Business Operations team. This role supports private contracts (Flu, Mainline, Heplisav) and non‑Sanofi vaccine contract fulfilment, provides sales teams with detailed insights into contract eligibility and pricing, and supports Business Operations initiatives such as training, firewall governance, and other operational needs. The position requires a highly motivated, detail‑oriented individual with strong communication and financial acumen, working effectively in a dynamic environment with high autonomy. Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end system setup and administration of VaxServe private contract agreements, including Retail and General Market segments, oversee the full contract lifecycle from drafting through execution, and partner with sales to provide operational support. Ensure accurate implementation of approved pricing updates in a timely manner. Assist in the management of the Contract Administration Mailbox, responding to internal partner inquiries such as eligibility reviews, GPO membership files, CSEG 407/501 linkage reports, and other contract‑related requests. Support chargeback reconciliation tasks, identify root‑cause issues for chargeback rejections/variances. Identify and recommend process improvements across Business Operations, develop and implement enhancements, drive cross‑training initiatives, and ensure continuity and scalability across key functions. Oversee the VaxServe firewall governance program, develop SOPs, support training delivery, conduct regular firewall testing, and drive compliance. Lead end‑to‑end resolution of aged open credits and returns for strategic and high‑priority customers; coordinate across teams, elevate issues, and establish standardized processes. Handle other ad‑hoc projects as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or vaccines with some contracting experience (preferred). Ability to work in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment and manage multiple projects. Strong written and oral communication skills. Detail‑oriented self‑starter capable of owning end‑to‑end initiatives. High level of personal and professional integrity and strong work ethic. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; SAP experience is a plus. BA/BS degree required (Business degree preferred). Fluency in English. Benefits Competitive salary range: $100,500.00 - $145,166.66.
