Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (36 Hours/Week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of Medical Surgical experience within the past 3 years
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• NIHSS certification required
• Demonstrated telemetry interpretation skills
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity Medical Surgical or Step-Down/Telemetry environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced hospital setting
