Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support ingredient quality and laboratory operations through advanced analytical testing and quality control processes. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity of ingredient analysis within a manufacturing environment. The position requires on-site work (M–F, 1st shift) with a standard 40-hour work week and occasional schedule flexibility. Candidates must have a strong foundation in analytical chemistry, laboratory testing, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

·         Perform analytical chemistry testing on ingredients using standard laboratory methods

·         Conduct quality control analysis to ensure compliance with specifications

·         Utilize laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy ) for testing and validation

·         Document and interpret results using LIMS and ensure data accuracy

·         Support method validation , sample preparation , and laboratory troubleshooting

·         Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues

·         Maintain adherence to GMP , GLP , and safety standards

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry (mandatory)

·         0–3+ years of experience in analytical testing or QC laboratory environments

·         Hands-on experience with HPLC , GC , wet chemistry , and instrument calibration

·         Knowledge of GMP/GLP , documentation practices , and data integrity

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

·         Ability to work on-site and adapt to flexible shift timings
