Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory testsincluding but not limited to chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory instrumentation.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of procedures, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Commit to a clean, safe work environment by adhering to regulatory compliance and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree in preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of employment.
