Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct a variety of routine and sophisticated clinical lab tests—ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology and beyond—under established guidelines.
• Interpret results with precision, troubleshoot anomalies, and ensure that lab instruments are meticulously maintained and calibrated.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessitated.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, support the training of new staff or students, and reinforce the lab's quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, secure work environment while consistently adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
