Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for a Neuro RN - 1st Timers Welcome!


- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- Specialization: MS Neuro RN
- Float Requirement: Yes, between units
- On-Call: Yes, must remain available if cancelled from scheduled shift
- Weekend Requirements: Yes, every other weekend
- Block Scheduling: No
- Patient Ratios: 1:4

Key Qualifications:
- Must hold NIHSS certification
- 2 years of acute inpatient experience required
- Vehicle required for assignment

Floating Details:
- Potential to float to a variety of units based on skill set
- If floating to Seaside facility, receive an additional $5/hr incentive for hours worked (plus IRS mileage reimbursement)

Position Requirements:
- Must be flexible and ready to float as necessary
- Experience with neuro patients is essential
- Certifications: BLS, NIHSS
- Skills include:
- CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) care
- Isolation Precautions/PPE
- Med/Surg knowledge
- Pre/Post neurosurgery care
- Spinal cord injury management
- Trauma and Substance Withdrawal support

Important Information:
- Must be prepared to work weekends and holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- References Required: 2 covering the past year
