Join the 529 & Workplace Operations team and play a critical role in supporting the growth of the Workplace segment while ensuring operational excellence for retirement accounts and vendor-supported processes. We are seeking a Vendor Risk Analyst who brings retirement account experience, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for solving complex problems. In this role, you will support the day‑to‑day operations of Workplace accounts while providing oversight of external vendor performance, helping drive scalability, risk mitigation, and exceptional client outcomes. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years of experience supporting retirement accounts such as ERISA or non-ERISA plans, financial services, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated ability to oversee vendor relationships, monitor performance, and address service-related issues. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine appropriate solutions. Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt effectively in a changing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external partners. Experience evaluating and mitigating risk related to vendors and internal processes. Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products, including advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and operational reporting is preferred. Ability to analyze, research, and make decisions on non-routine issues independently with minimal guidance.
