Project Manager

Well established, NE Ohio based general contractor well positioned for continuous growth has immediate need for experienced Project Managers. Qualified individuals will have 6 - 20 yrs. of experienced managing general commercial construction projects ranging $2MM - $25MM. All assigned projects will be in the NE Ohio region. Responsibilities: assembling complete and accurate project budgets ensure project scopes are comprehensive, communicate with subcontractors as necessary to ensure all quotes meet project spec’s & QC standards coordinate buy-out, project set-up, cost coding track all related costs, quantities, revenue projections communicate extensively with Project Superintendent on building strategies, addressing any onsite matters related to safety, production, subcontractors manage all change orders, claims, misc. admin. tasks related to project Above all else, maintain a visible presence with client, along with a continuous open line of communication to ensure a high quality working relationship is maintained.
