Construction Site Laborer Location: Fayetteville, GA Pay: $20.00 per hour Full-time, Benefits, and Weekly Pay Schedule:Monday – Friday |7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Join a major data center construction project in Fayetteville, GA ! We are hiring dependable Construction Site Laborer to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. This role involves sweeping, squeegeeing, removing debris, and supporting daily site operations in an active outdoor construction environment. Responsibilities Sweep and clean paved and concrete surfaces throughout the job site Use floor squeegees to remove standing water and keep work areas clean Maintain clean walkways and designated work zones Remove debris, trash, and construction materials as directed Assist with dust control and general site housekeeping Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety procedures Work on aconstruction site and musta safe work environment Perform additional general labor duties as assigned Qualifications Self-starter with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality Able to stay focused and productive throughout the workday Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions Safety-conscious with attention to detail What We Offer $20.00 per hour Monday-Friday schedule Weekly Pay, Benefits, and Full-time Opportunity to gain experience on a major data center construction project with advancement opportunities Physical Requirements This is an active position requiring continuous walking, sweeping, pushing squeegees, bending, lifting, and working outdoors for the majority of the shift.
