Position Summary
Robbins Property Associates is looking for a strong Property Manager to oversee all aspects of apartment community operations including financial performance, team leadership, leasing strategy, resident satisfaction, and property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall property operations and financial performance
- Lead and develop onsite teams
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention
- Oversee budgeting, collections, and reporting
- Ensure strong curb appeal and maintenance operations
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
