About The Role Office Manager | New Location Forest Family Dentistry is preparing to open our newest location, designed to provide an elevated, fee-for-service dental experience centered around personalized care, meaningful relationships, and exceptional service. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who is friendly, compassionate, outgoing, and excited to help build something new. This leader will play an important role in establishing the culture of the office, developing a strong team, and ensuring every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. What You’ll Do Lead the daily operations of the practice and create a positive, collaborative environment for the entire team Build, support, and develop a high-performing team through thoughtful hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management Create an elevated patient experience rooted in hospitality, compassion, attention to detail, and personalized service Build lasting patient relationships and address questions or concerns with professionalism, confidence, and care Help patients understand their treatment and financial options through clear, comfortable conversations Monitor practice performance, key metrics, scheduling, case acceptance, collections, and overall productivity Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, patient retention, and practice growth Oversee front-office systems, team schedules, supplies, equipment coordination, and other non-clinical operational needs Partner with doctors and leadership to bring the vision for this new location to life The Right Person for This Role You are someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Qualifications At least three years of dental experience preferred Previous team leadership or staff management experience required Strong understanding of dental terminology, treatment planning, and ADA coding Experience with patient service, scheduling, financial discussions, and front-office operations Knowledge of dental insurance and benefit coordination Strong computer and organizational skills Open Dental experience preferred Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient information management Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Why Join Forest Family Dentistry?
