• License/Certs: Board Certified (or Eligible) in Nurse Anesthetist, Oregon license preferred
• Experience: 1+ year required; no new graduates
• Salary: Base rate approximately $305,218 gross annually for full-time (95% range for experienced CRNAs)

What You'll Do:

• Practice independently according to Oregon State statutes, hospital policies, and medical staff bylaws
• Administer anesthesia and provide anesthesia-related care across multiple operating rooms and procedural areas
• Perform a wide variety of anesthesia procedures, including regional blocks and general anesthesia
• Support high-acuity trauma cases within a Level III trauma setting
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Manage preoperative assessments, intraoperative care, and postoperative recovery
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Participate in shared on-call duties with equitable rotation
• Contribute to a team committed to safe, high-quality patient care

What You Need:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA
• Oregon state licensure (or eligible for licensure)
• Minimum 1+ year of anesthesia experience
• Clean malpractice and background record
• Ability to practice independently and collaborate effectively
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and procedures
