Requirements Education & Experience -High school diploma or equivalent experience; Associate Degree or technical training preferred - 2 + years of mechanical assembly, including complex builds Skills and Competencies - Advanced Proficiency in mechanical assembly and troubleshooting

• Ability to use measuring and testing equipment accurately
• Strong blueprint and CAD interpretation skills
• Knowledge of machine alignment and tolerance requirements
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
