As an LPN on our psych units, you deliver hands?on care that helps patients feel seen, safe, and supported —bringing steady energy and teamwork to our busiest hours.How You Will Make a DifferencePerform focused assessments; report changes promptly to the RN/Provider.Administer medications (including long?acting injectables); perform wound care and routine treatments.Support crisis intervention with therapeutic communication, grounding techniques, and milieu management.Assist with admissions, belongings searches, vitals, labs, and discharge readiness.Maintain accurate EMR documentation and reinforce patient/family education.Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.What We're Looking ForCurrent LPN license; psychiatric experience preferred.BLS certification; CPI/PMAB or equivalent de?escalation training (or obtained after hire).Team?first mindset and reliability across 12?hour shifts.New Grads WelcomeWhy You'll Love It Here (Full?Time Benefits)Multiple medical plan options, Vista Wellness (physician/pharmacy), Dental, VisionGenerous PTO and paid holidays401(k) with company contribution; Life and disability coverageTuition reimbursement up to $15,000 and student loan forgiveness programs
