Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Provide quality nursing care to Assisted Living residents.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor residents' health and report changes promptly.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and the healthcare team.
Complete accurate documentation.
Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications:

Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred, but not required.
