Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiting Coordinator
The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in streamlining the hiring process, improving candidate experience and assisting the Talent Acquisition team in achieving its hiring objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Management of the administrative and logistical aspects of the hiring process
- Schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting open roles on job boards and social media sites
- Provide onboarding support to the HR Team by assisting with the preparation of offer letters and collection of new-hire paperwork
- Update candidates on status of their application and provide interview feedback when necessary
- Accurately maintain our ATS; track recruitment and hiring metrics
- Conduct initial candidate screenings for open positions
Job Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years' experience in Human Resources, administrative roles and/or recruiting coordination preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Well versed with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards is nice to have
- Basic understanding of local employment laws
The salary range for the Recruiting Coordinator is $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
