Warehouse Compactor Operator

Join a dedicated and hardworking warehouse team as a Compactor Operator, where your efforts help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. This full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. As a Compactor Operator, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by managing and processing materials such as cardboard, pallets, and packing materials. Team members who demonstrate reliability and proficiency may have the opportunity to receive additional training and certification for roles such as forklift operator.

Responsibilities

• Remove cardboard, pallets, packing materials, and trash from the warehouse floor throughout the shift
• Break down and load cardboard into the compactor
• Load pallets into the wood compactor as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a safe and efficient warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Physically able to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to complete required training for compactor operations
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Must obtain customer clearance and complete any equipment training as required

Compensation

$20.00 per hour, paid weekly
