Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa offers a luxury mountain experience through exceptional lodging & dining, an 18-hole championship golf course, equestrian stables, a full-service spa, and activities for all ages. Brasstown is a place where families and groups of any size can make mountain memories year after year.
We are currently hiring for a Spa Coordinator.
As a Spa Coordinator, you would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and relaxing/fun environment for guests. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Welcome and check-in guests; providing top-notch customer service.
- Assist with getting guests ready for their spa service in the locker room area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the spa.
- Stock and replenish the facility with supplies and products, including, but not limited to clean towels, fresh water, drinking cups, etc.
- Perform laundry duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a spa or similar hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
