Manage room blocks, client notifications, and other administrative tasks related to group bookings and events. Track and communicate event details with internal partners and external clients throughout the event lifecycle. Participate in internal meetings and client site visits, preparing necessary reports and communications. Monitor all aspects of pre-event, event, and post-event details, ensuring all requirements are met. Gain knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage offerings and function space to support event success. Foster teamwork and collaboration within the hotel team to achieve overall goals.
