Copywriter

The Copywriter is responsible for developing and executing compelling, conversion-driven brand storytelling across all marketing channels. This role partners closely with the Brand team and cross-functionally with teams including PR, Paid Media, Social, Web, and Channel Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and high-impact creative execution across campaigns, product launches, and
ongoing brand initiatives.

The Copywriter Specialist serves as a subject matter expert in brand messaging, digital content strategy, and
consumer-focused storytelling while leveraging AI-powered tools to improve content development, efficiency,
optimization, and creative ideation.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, copywriting, or content strategy roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling and campaign development experience.
• Experience in e-commerce, DTC, Amazon, or health & wellness/beauty-adjacent industries
• Proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with digital design principles.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and performance-driven content strategy.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong conceptual thinking with a consumer-first mindset and passion for brand storytelling.
