The complexity of projects ranges from pre‑designed 30‑90 day sprints to custom multiyear projects. Projects can be in both commercial and government sectors. Management of Projects and Teams Creation of Reports, Schedules, Standard Operating Procedures/Documentation of work processes Supporting other areas of the company The Ideal Candidate Is a professional and a team player Reliable and Organized A passion for technology, management, and actively learning and researching outside of work Experience in service delivery and IT projects impacting an enterprise Has strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Has excellent written and oral communication skills Is able to work and lead a team toward a deadline with minimal oversight The Work Manage the day‑to‑day of Projects Manage the implementation process and stages from start to finish Align efforts to the company’s deployment schedule and standard operating procedures Process improvement, streamline approaches to projects, tasks, and problems Provide regular reports to Management and Clients, including forecasting and planning Employee coordination and management Specific Skills Project Management/Coordination Experience Technology Background Microsoft Project, Word, Excel Reconciling, Scheduling, Time Management, and Budgeting Qualifications 5+ years of experience with consulting or technology 5+ years of experience in IT project management with commercial and government projects Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize a workload; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills A strong drive towards quality, efficiency, problem solving, and timeliness Bachelor’s degree preferred Must be a US Citizen Location On‑site at our Tampa Headquarters 500 N.
