This position will be responsible for supporting EBQ's clients through website/email development, optimization, and maintenance.Position ResponsibilitiesCreate website layouts/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript best practicesWork with designers to develop designs into website elementsImplement responsive web design across devices (desktop, mobile, tablets) and web browsersWork with the content team to implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and review all web-related analyticsOptimize landing pages for digital marketing purposesDevelop emails and templates that are responsive across email clients and devicesCreate and maintain documentationTroubleshoot, test, and maintain websites to ensure optimal security and functionalityEfficiently test and troubleshoot issues as problems ariseAssist the marketing team in various integrated communication and marketing activitiesConsistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisorRetain training and direction from managementAdhere to company policies and valuesWork effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQ to clientsPerform other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsHighly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skillsHighly knowledgeable of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptUnderstanding of responsive design and browser testing toolsStrong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindsetReliability and strong work ethicA willingness to constantly learnProcess-orientedProficiency in the Following Areas is Desirable but Not RequiredProficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, and/or Webflow. Open to learning other CMS and page builders as neededAbility to administer and manage websites using hosting providers such as WPEngine, GoDaddy, Bluehost, or DreamHostExperience with PHP and WordPress webhooksRelational databases (SQL/MySQL)Understanding of user experience/user interface principlesUnderstanding of email marketing platforms (i.e., HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp, etc.)Experience with e-commerce (i.e., WooCommerce/Shopify)Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Project management softwareCDN integrations (Cloudflare)Version control (GitHub)Website optimization (speed, accessibility, security, etc.)Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
