Job Description

Are you a software developer who would like to use your skills to tackle climate change? Would you be excited by the challenge of building engaging user interfaces that push the boundaries of the energy experience? Are you meticulous about the details of the products you build?

As a senior front end developer, you will collaborate with the product and business team to deliver engaging user experiences and new products. You will take ownership of the front-end development process, converting visual prototypes and design specifications into responsive, mobile-first web applications using modern frameworks and libraries. You will build reusable components and front-end libraries and introduce new libraries to ensure our product evolves with the industry. You will work in a results-driven, fast-paced startup environment with opportunities to learn and grow on the job as we build the next leading software company in solar. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline 
• 5+ years of experience in front-end software design and development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of and experience with React.js and its core principles and workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Preferences to those with experience with animation-focused UI and Flutter
