Job Description
Registered Nurse - Step Down

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30). Occasional weekends and rotating holidays required.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 1 year. 36 hours/week guaranteed.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience required.
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications required.
• Float may be required within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with facility policies.
