Details Works in the Intensive Care Coronary/CVICU unit of a hospital Night shift schedule of 3x12-hour shifts, 1900-0730 36 hours per week Weekend shifts required No on-call requirements May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications Uses Epic charting system Requirements Active RN license, Single State or CO Compact BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications required, all AHA certifications must not expire prior to start Minimum 2 years of CVICU experience required ASN required, BSN preferred DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration Additional Information Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions per state Board of Nursing standards Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for CVICU patients Performs health teaching, counseling, and delivers therapeutic and restorative treatment Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines Reviews and monitors ongoing therapy and treatment plans May be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift based on business need Returning staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before becoming eligible for a travel assignment American Traveler Job ID P-749988.
