Salary :$28-$32/hr.

This Grinder role is a hands-on machining position responsible for operating grinding equipment to produce precision components. You will ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Job Duties :

• Perform precision grinding operations including surface, OD, and ID grinding.
• Maintain tight tolerances up to ±0.0001 per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• Perform first piece inspections and complete quality documentation.
• Use inspection tools including micrometers, gauges, and optical measuring equipment.
• Operate hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and follow 5S practices.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of machining or grinding experience.
• Ability to hold tight tolerances and read technical drawings.
• Experience with inspection and measuring equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
