Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team. The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care while collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and feeding/swallowing evaluations as appropriate.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide skilled speech-language therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies, home programs, and carryover activities.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with company policies and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, state licensure requirements, and ASHA standards of practice.

Qualifications

Required

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

Preferred

• Experience in pediatrics, outpatient therapy, early intervention, school-based services, or school-based.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, speech sound disorders, language disorders, feeding and swallowing disorders, AAC, and fluency disorders.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
