Senior Counsel — Mass Tort & Product Liability Settlements

Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking a Counsel attorney to lead and manage all aspects of large-scale product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from initial negotiations through final claim resolution and program closure. The role requires extensive experience negotiating settlements involving thousands of claimants and strong contract drafting skills.
