Job Overview A law firm seeks a Professional Liability Litigation Attorney in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of practice experience in professional liability and be licensed to practice law in Georgia or have pending bar exam results. Remote/hybrid options may be available after training and integration with the team. Responsibilities Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses and manage document production. Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports. Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary. Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants. Requirements 1-5 years of practice experience in professional liability. Licensed to practice law in Georgia or pending bar exam results. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Education Juris Doctorate or equivalent. Certifications Bar license in Georgia.
