General Liability Associate Attorney

This is an opportunity to work at one of the largest defense litigation firms in Atlanta. Associates will handle complex premises liability, products liability, transportation, and wrongful death cases. The firm provides top-of-the market compensation for this practice area and offers a hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other legal documents Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment. Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Qualifications JD from an ABA accredited law school Admitted to practice in the state of Georgia 2+ years of defense litigation experience Experience with litigation involving general liability, premises, products, transportation, employment, or insurance preferred. Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions a must.
