Position Title : General Liability Associate Attorney (Junior to Mid-Level) Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days in-office per week) No. of Headcount Needed : 2 No Relocation Package No Visa Sponsorship About the Role Success Matcher Recruitment is partnering with a premier national law firm to recruit an Associate Attorney with 2 to 8 years of civil defense litigation experience for their expanding Atlanta office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated attorney seeking direct case ownership, substantive hands‑on experience, and a clear path to advancement through equity partnership—without the requirement of bringing a portable book of business. What You Will Be Doing Managing a full caseload of 15+ active general liability, premises liability, bodily injury, and auto/casualty defense matters Serving as lead drafting counsel for complex motions, pleadings, complaints, and written discovery Taking, attending, and defending depositions, appearing in court hearings, and representing clients directly Assisting with mediation strategies and trial preparation Collaborating with partners while operating with high autonomy and direct client exposure Key Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school Active Georgia State Bar License in good standing 2-8 years of defense-side civil litigation experience handling general liability, premises liability, bodily injury, or auto/casualty defense Prior law firm experience at a recognized defense-side firm (e.g., Hall Booth Smith, Swift Currie, Lewis Brisbois, or similar) Proven proficiency in motion practice, discovery, court appearances, taking/defending depositions, and trial or mediation preparation Strong written communication, client-facing presence, and self-management skills Work Model & Benefits Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office in Atlanta, GA) Clear promotional track from associate to partner and equity path #J-18808-Ljbffr
