Managing all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and handling depositions. Providing strategic counsel and risk assessment to clients. Preparing and presenting cases in state and federal courts. Negotiating settlements and working towards favorable outcomes for clients. Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure high‑quality case management.
