BOS Staffing is seeking a dedicated General Liability Attorney to join our client’s team, an established law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Job Title General Liability Attorney Location Atlanta, Georgia Employment Type Permanent, Full‑Time Position What We Offer Competitive salary around $100K and performance‑based bonuses. If You Have Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia. Minimum of one year of experience in general liability litigation and insurance defense. Proven track record of handling depositions and discovery processes. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You Will Be Representing clients in general liability cases, providing expert legal advice and advocacy. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Handling all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, and trials. Managing all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and handling depositions. Providing strategic counsel and risk assessment to clients. Preparing and presenting cases in state and federal courts. Negotiating settlements and working towards favorable outcomes for clients. Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure high‑quality case management.
