Associate Attorney - Defense Litigation

We are seeking an associate attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join our client's General Liability team. Responsibilities Defend clients in premises liability, general liability and personal injury defense. Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts. Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and evidentiary motions. Work closely with clients, insurers, and senior attorneys to develop case strategy and manage litigation budgets. Prepare for and participate in mediation, arbitration, and, when appropriate, trial. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Georgia Bar. 2-4 years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, personal injury, or general liability. Strong deposition, writing, and case management skills. Ability to handle complex medical records, accident reconstruction evidence, and sensitive subject matter with professionalism.
