Ability to organize caseloads, manage documentation, and meet timelines. Primary Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose students with a range of speech or language challenges. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals. Conduct direct and consultative speech/language therapy sessions. Collaborate regularly with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress. Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and communication strategies. Participate in IEP meetings, screenings, and team planning.
