About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative pediatric therapy team. Our mission is to empower children-from birth to young adulthood-to participate in life to their fullest abilities. Through evidence-based and meaningful therapy, we help children build confidence in their ability to speak, communicate, and eat successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver individualized speech, language, and feeding/swallow therapy sessions
• Conduct evaluations and write detailed reports
• Maintain thorough documentation, including SOAP notes and progress updates
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to discuss goals and progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CFs welcome)
• Current state license and certifications required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong interest in feeding and swallowing therapy
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
