Job Summary: The Beverage Cart/Café Attendants are integral to the guest experience and provide food and beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property. The Beverage Cart/Café Attendants will service beverages at the facility and provide a high-quality service-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Duty will include working both the Café and Beverage cart according to schedule. Provide prompt and efficient customer service. Display knowledge of the F&B menu. Take and prepare food/drink orders. Prepare and serve beverages in an accurate and timely manner. Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. Process all cash/credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures. Keep workstation(s) sanitized and organized. Perform opening and closing procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Maintain and exhibit knowledge of proper golf course etiquette. Re-stock the coolers and beverage cart throughout the day. Qualifications: Must be 21. Food service experience is a plus, but an outgoing personality is even better. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong communication skills. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must be available to work days, weekends, holidays, and evenings. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
